With a service contract from Copiscan, we offer proactive management of consumables orders for all your managed equipment. The DCA agent regularly transmits meter readings, usage levels, machine incident codes and other technical data, allowing alert thresholds to be adjusted according to your print volume.
When the threshold suited to your environment is reached, an order is prepared so you receive your cartridges in advance. The process reduces emergencies, oversights and service interruptions.
The 4-step process

Secure data exchange
The SNMP protocol allows devices to publish their information on the network: meter readings, ink levels, incident codes and technical data. Contrary to popular belief, it is not the software that fetches data directly from the machines — it captures the information published by the devices.
The DCA agent is designed for professional, secure and fully confidential use. Security and confidentiality are an absolute priority. Technical documentation can be provided to explain how it works in secure environments and infrastructures, and what types of data are collected.

If you already have one or more printers under management with Copiscan, we can integrate your other brands to centralize your orders for genuine toner and ink.
Copiscan can supply Xerox, Canon, HP, Samsung, Lexmark, Brother and Epson cartridges, with free integration for additional equipment.
Supplies are centralized and a separate invoice is issued for each billable cartridge order.
Responsible end-of-life for your consumables
In addition to the Xerox Go Green program, Copiscan offers a consumables pickup service with no minimum. Eligible cartridges are sent to recycling programs to reduce waste and recover reusable materials.
